So here are a few brief pictures from the last...whoa...5 months. ;)
January
We didn't watch tv for the whole month of January
so this was a common sight during the entire month. ;)
Dad playing with the boys outside.
Having some cuddle time with mom before bed.
We finally got to see the Lion King and it was really great!
February
Our new book habit spread into February.
What a joy to see them reading together...
or getting along, period. ;)
Crafts with Dad - paper airplanes.
Another indoor activity -
playing in their double-decker fort.
Another quiet moment with Mom
(check out Phin's album to see the kissy picture).
Playing with their helicopters on the top bunk.
Jonathan and I at the youth pastor's and wives overnight trip.
March
Enjoying some popcorn before bed.
We went to Des Moines to watch Western play basketball.
Both Western (2A) and Ames (4A) went on to win the state title.
Asher played with his cars most of the time and Phin ate popcorn.
Asher excited about his ice cream sundae
from Hickory Park on his birthday.
Asher celebrating his 4th birthday
with a Curious George party.
The boys enjoying a warm afternoon.
April
This is a picture of our Seder Dinner for our
high school leadership team - Doulos.

Here we are on Easter.
We visited Rock Valley Christian School while they had
their open house. We enjoyed a delicious hot lunch with
Gramma, Kryn, Uncle Galen, Aunt Marlene and Trent.
Enjoying some indoor winter sports -
Pop Bottle Bowling
Asher didn't like playing Operation with Phin.
Phin loved to make the game "buzz" and it hurt Asher's ears.
Warning...the next few pictures are kind of gross...
This is my bandaged finger from catching a falling pane of glass.

May
This is just a pretty picture of Iowa's big sky.

Thanks for the pictures and updates. Your flowers and flower box look GRAND. I saw at LOWE's yesterday a Asicatic (sp??) lily that was golden yellow and dark red. Would look AWESOME in your rock garden. Let me know when you get the rocks in place and we will have to do some planting:) The boys will have a lot of fun helping.
