Post Surgery

Phin did great!!! The doctor came in after about 15 minutes and told us that things went well and there's a 95% chance that this will take care of it. He told us that he should be a little out-of-sorts today and then tomorrow he should wake up without a sticky gross eye! Yay! The nurses told us that after surgery we'll know he's on his way back to the room because he'll be crying...but he didn't cry. He fussed a little bit, but there was no crying. And they told us he'd be fussy all day, but he's been really good. He did act a bit drunk and tipsy (from the anesthesia), but that wore off by this evening.

The nurse tried to mark Phin's left eye with a "yes" (so they are reminded of what eye to operate on) and was only able to get a "y" and half of an "e".

Asher played "superhero" tonight with Jonathan. It was funny. He asked for his Batman mask and his "superhero cape." So cute what they pick up.
